Terms of Rental
- Minimum term is two month rental.
- Monthly rate due by 1st of each month.
- Payments not received by the 10th of the month are subject to a service charge of $15.00 (see contract for details).
- Deposit on units is $40.00, refundable upon move out provided unit is empty, clean and key has been returned. Advance notice of termination is required at least 30 days prior to move out.
- Long term rates are available when paid in advance, 1/2 month discount on 6 months and 1 month discount on 1 year.
- See contract for details on late payment charges and other contract conditions.
- All rubbish must be removed from the unit and taken with the lessee.
